in our business to represent us in various areas of the United Kingdom.

Many businesses these days are drowning in administration. Seekers Spain has been built on simple clear lines that are very straight forward. The Seekers system will always work to minimize partners' administration.
What do you think the earning potential will be for a partnership?
I believe it will be extremely good, but no business offers high income for no effort. I am confident that the Seekers Spain Partnership will be able to offer a wide range of income from around 20,000 into 6 figure sums. Clearly this will largely be driven by the amount of time partners put into their Franchise. If they imagine that they are a shop, they know they can only sell their stock if the shop is open. Therefore there are two fundamentals in establishing a good business
- Understanding the more they are open, the more chance they have to market their product.
- They need to market in the right areas. They won't be successful if they open a branch of a famous store in the middle of the Sahara Desert!
What sort of people will become partners?
There is no easy answer, as I believe the partnership is for everyone. It's a business that can be run from home, by one partner or two with hours to suit family commitments. It means that a couple who want to be Seekers Spain partners can do so, reducing potential risk by building the business up whilst still continuing to earn an income from existing employment. Then, when the income has reached an acceptable level then you can chose whether to run Seekers Spain full time or to continue as they are.
What is the Partners training like?
We provide a 5 day initial training which is two days in the UK and three days in Spain. I am a visual person and I believe that it is a far better to experience Spain live than through pictures. You will visit the building sites, tour completed houses and get a taste of the local area. You will also get to know the personnel at our Spanish office.
What do you mean selling the dream?
It is a fact that over 70% of British people who buy abroad do so in Spain. Why?
Because the weather is sunny over 320 days of the year, the cost of buying is considerably lower and flying time is only 2 '/z hours from England. You can wake up and be there by lunchtime. Compare that to the relentless wind and rain we experience and the constant traffic jams. I love this business because we are making people happy.

Can I take holidays when I need them? ~ Of course you can! Not just can, you must! This is a Franchise to enjoy. While you are away, you can have your answer phone messages re-directed to the Franchise department for a maximum of four weeks a year.
Can my partner and I work together at our Seekers Franchise? ~ Of course you can!
In fact, we positively encourage it! We believe this is a perfect opportunity to work together. If you are cautious, it allows one of you to test the water and see just how easy and enjoyable the franchise is while the other continues in employment.
